Patrick Brady brings 30 years of Business Experience to Trauma Cleanup Solutions. He has been CEO/President of several service businesses, dating back to 1988, in Arizona. Patrick has spent the last 26 years in the industrial cleaning business, serving AZ, CA and NV. He founded CRC, a specialty cleaning service in 2004 located in Phoenix, within a few months business expanded to full-time services in Tucson. In 2009, CRC operations expanded north to Las Vegas, with full-time technicians serving Clark County, NV. Growth continued in 2010 serving the entire state of California. He has developed, mentored, and built teams of successful motivated individuals at all levels of business operations. He also established proficient training programs for Technicians. His focus has always been safety, customer/client satisfaction, and fair- market pricing.

Over the years Patrick and his teams used a fundamental Mission Statement:

“We will offer our clients value-added services. Our company growth will be sustainable, and will be based on integrity, customer service with exceptional value.“

In 2019, Patrick sold CRC and became a business advisor to other cleaning businesses specifically in the biohazard mitigation industry. After a year of consulting with some of the other companies in Arizona, he realized the industry was lacking companies “who put the client first”. Since then, he has applied his 30 years of experience in business and customer satisfaction to assist families throughout these traumatic situations. Trauma Cleanup Solutions uses the same successful business principles in everyday practices. Patrick always strives to provide consistent high-quality workmanship and to establish working relationships with clients that are based on long term service commitments.
